Mind-Body Techniques are various stress-reduction methods that help treat behavioral and physical conditions by identifying and addressing unhealthy subconscious patterning and replacing them with healthy subconscious patterns. Subconscious patterns have been found to affect a person’s everyday life. If there are limiting subconscious patterns, the person is more likely to make choices that prove those limiting patterns to be “true.”
An example is if a person views money is a negative manner, they may not pick job opportunities that are not financially lucrative. By replacing these patterns with beneficial subconscious patterns, the person is more likely to make choices that prove those beneficial patterns to be “true.” An example is if a person views money in a positive manner, they may pick job opportunities that are financially lucrative.
Some methods incorporated are based on Dr. Cantrell’s personalized techniques which can be found in the ebook “Revealing Your Diamond.” Other mind-body techniques utilized are Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Life coaching is someone who encourages and empowers a person to tackle challenges that are currently preventing the person from reaching their goals and from living a fulfilled life. This includes encouraging goal-setting, creating a space for personal growth and empowerment, and offering ideas for behavior modification. A life coach offers a chance for the person to bounce ideas off of an unbiased person in a safe space.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a framework of ideas, methods, strategies, and principles that can be used to enhance self-development and help move a person towards complete personal transformation.
These sessions can be done in person or remotely.
